Bradlows none quality lounge suite

My mom bought a lounge suite at Bradlows every suite has a 5yrs guarantee....within the 1st year we bought them they had to collect them because the recliner wasn't working properly and the leather cover was tearing..they were just a mess for such an expensive product. They came and fetched them we waited about 6weeks before we could get them back and then I had went to also find out when are they bringing them back as the person who bought them is an elderly person who cnt sit on the floor any longer than she has.....they brought them back we stayed another or so and the same thing happened they are tearing meaning they sold us lies that it's pure leather lounge suit and pure leather doesn't tear....we are still within 5years guarantee and yet last year they also refused to take them back to fix them....I even went in March and they said due to covid reasons nothing can be done....they even refered us to some guy in nasrec who can assist in fixing them at our own expense....I am totally not impressed that such a big company as BRADLOWS can sell people **** material products. When we bought those sofas we expected quality for the money we paid had we knows we would have bought them at another shop like our neighbour as we both the sofas same year and to this day theirs is still the way they bought them in 2017....What upsets me most is that they refusing to take them back even though we are still within guarantee go to their shop I even have a pic it's 5years....if they cnt take them and give us proper lounge suite that doesn't tear n it's pure leather I will be taking this matter further am so tired and angry.....Bradlows Palms Springs in Evaton is taking advantage of our elderly people
