Bradlows - Nobody contacts you.

I purchased a Soho Chair from Bradlows. They delivered the wrong one, I sent it back. I have contacted them for a refund as the colour is not correct (it is textured) - not as per the website. I phoned the call centre that said that they would refer it to the online department. Then they sent me another couch - withou even speaking with me, I sent it back the second time. Reference number ***. All I want is my money back. Just get someone to contact me, NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME YET.
