Bradlows No Service

We have bought a graftoneverest lounge suite from Bradlows in March, all 3 couches broke & was taken in for assessment in July(after hard lockdown).They brought us the display suite(from the store,its also broken)Not even the call centre knows what is going on. Currently paying for a brand new suite but have a store display 2nd hand suite... and best of all the store closed end July, so no one can tell us what is happening or give us any feedback
