Bradlows-Newcastle pathetic service

In February 2021 I purchased a washing machine from Bradlows Newcastle-No 62 Allen Street. The said machine is a Hisense, model WTY1802-18kg capacity. Not long after the purchase the machine gave me problems and Hisense consultant was sent to come and repair damages to the machine. This was the case again sometime in 2022 and a consultant was sent out to conduct repairs and the machine was repaired.

In April 2023 I reported at the branch that the machine is once again faulty as when utilising the machine it was emanating a smell which smelt as though something was burning.

Reported this to the branch in April 2023 I was contacted by a certain Mr Raj and informed him of the times that I’d be available for him to come and check the machine out but in the end I couldn’t get hold of him to arrange for him to come to my place of residence. I went back to the branch and was informed that Raj might have been hospitalised which is why we hasn’t come to repair my machine or check it.

They apparently couldn’t assist in getting another consultant from Hisense as Raj was the only person with the job number. As I write to you today the 22nd of July 2023 it’s been three months of hard ships and unnecessary costs in attempting to get my families laundry done. Nobody from Bradlows has even bothered to follow up. I’m really distressed. I paid a lot of money for this washing machine for me not to reap benefits from it. It is still under warranty and Bradlows should inform their supplier Hisense to come and check the machine and thereafter repair or even replace it if needs be.

Please assist.
