BRADLOWS NEWCASTLE AND GRAFTON & EVEREST - A NO GO

Never again will I buy from Bradlows - Growing up my grandmother had a Grafton and Everest lounge suite that lasted 20 years and I said that will be what I buy one day...quality! So I grew up and saved for this lounge suite, R20 000 later and it looks like my lounge suite is 20 years old already after just 3 years. After a few months I had visitors which sat on my 2 seater and the whole back collapsed, I called Bradlows, they came out and got the chipboard repaired. Yes I said chipboard, so much for quality. After that, the couch was placed against a wall, my husband decided to move the lounge around and what happened, my parents came over, leaned back and there it went again. I called Bradlows, no numbers existed and then finally found one...a woman tried to tell me before even hearing what had happened, that my warranty was only 3 years and they couldn't help, but when purchasing it they told me the warranty was for 5 years on the mechanism, so I informed her of that and she said she'd call me back. It's now 3 days and I've heard nothing. Not to mention that the stitching started pulling apart on the 2 year mark of the material warranty expiring. I am extremely disappointed at this.
