Bradlows Newcastle and grafton everest

In 2015 I bought a grafton and everest Cambridge lounge suit from Bradlows Newcastle. The store manager and the sales lady promised my wife and I that the grafton and everest lounge suit Cambridge set was genuine leather uppers and that it was quality. We bought it on their word and after they convinced us that it was the perfect lounge set we were looking for for. We asked them ( the store manager and the sales lady ) over and over again if it was leather uppers and they agreed. A few months later the lounge suit started tearing. We then discovered it was in fact synthetic and were very shocked by this. We had this set repaired twice and on the third time we were told that the 2 year warranty has expired. Bradlows Newcastle had mislead us into buying the lounge suit and **** to us just to us just to make a sale. We are devastated by this because we don't spend so much on a lounge suit for it to last 2 years leave along a few months. The store has now a new store manager and he is extremely arrogant and not helpful to us at all. He is rude and does show interest in the customers concerns. We trusted the Bradlows group and hoped to furnish our entire home with Bradlows. I will never buy anything from them again......
