Bradlows needs to fall

The worst customer service every experience. Just a brief explanation of the service i have received from Bradlows and yes all the Bradlow stores sucks at customer service . A friend of mine got a lounge suit from the Bradlows in Promenade the day of the delivery one of the couches had a mark so they took that one back he had to wait 3 months for it to come back so thats why i say all Bradlows stores suck when it comes to repairing and returning items . I personally purchase a fridge and a two seater couch from bradlows in Clearmont the end of Novemeber 2018 in December 2018 I asked them to collect the couch cause it had an manufacturing fault .I contacted Bradlows complained department and I also ATTACHED pictures of the couch to my email and why i believe it wasnt a brand new couch that was delivered to me. The warehouse contacted me and they collected the couch in December it is 3 MONTHS later and i still dont have the couch back and yet am paying for it every month . The worst service ever I had one phone call from the store manager and one phone call from the complain department and all they can tell me is that they will look into it .If you need to buy any furniture do yourself a favor and DO NOT MAKE USE OF BRADLOWS
