Bradlows/ Morkels' selling bad furniture at a high price and have bad customer service.

My mother bought a coffee table worth over R12 000 cash at Bradlows Khayelitsha. The table drawers started having problems. She informed them and they took forever to get it for repairs. They sent her a message demanding R650 for repairs. She told them that she will not pay for something the furniture shop is supposed to fix. They have returned the coffee table months later and it is it a worse stare. She wants a refund, they can keep the coffee table as it is of low quality and they failed to fix it when in broke in less than a year. Bradlows / Morkels is a bad service provider charging a fortune for low quality goods. The worst part is that there is no accountability and they avoid an issue by referring customers from pillar to post without resolving the issue. Where can this matter be settled, please help as we have been without the coffee table for a while now and will not accept it.
