Bradlows midrand

I bought a bedroom suite on cash from bradlows midrand only to find out they don't to deliver my stuff with the excuse that we phoned you and nobody answered and they never tried to call again.Nw I'm doing a follow up on my stuff only to be told to search my missed call list and look for a number which I do not even know and ask the whereabouts of my furniture.What kind of poor service is this especially after taking someones money
