Bradlows messed up my Credit record

I had a bradlows account and due to covid it was handed over to a debt collector in November 2022 I called in as asked for a full quote with a discount to pay the account a settlement quote was sent to me for the amount of R16000 I then made the payment and sent proof of payment and got a paid up letter in the beginning of December 2022 I called in asking why does my ITC still shows that I am behind on my payments and according to Old mutual it's impacting my credit badly an I am struggling to get credit I have called JDG that is the head office of bradlows and still they say they have made notes and until today I still have a bad credit rating on my name and bradlows is making it very difficult for me to move on with my life please guys do not buy anything on credit with them they will mess up ur credit and you will never be able to get anything on credit until they one day decide they going to fix it if they ever my account number is *** hope you get this sorted out ASAP because my next stop will be the Ombudsman I need my ITC clearance ASAP and some sort of compensation for have to call in over and over waiting in a call que for almost up to a hour to get hold of a agent that I need to explain my story to over and over I have sent all my proof to jdg@collectiong and to queries and still no response this is the worst company to think I actually wanted to get my friends to come buy there products but told them what happend to me and how much i have lost its not worthed
