Bradlows ****med my sister because she was deceased while had a lay with them

My sister had a laybuy with Bradlows a Chris Hani mall in Vosloorus. When she passed away we went to the shop, they told us they can't find her on the system. We provided them with receipt, they changed their story said they can't disclose the amount she paid, they later said they refunded her.. But to who because no one received the money back
