Bradlows ****med me

I did an online laybuy on a refrigerator on 12/06/2023 which I completed paying on the 17/12/2023.Bradlows never contacted me to deliver the refrigerator until I started calling them around December 21,the consultants told me they would contact to schedule delivery(I spoke to different consultants) they never contacted me to schedule a delivery until I got fed up and requested a refund,They said it would take 7-14 to be refunded back to me todate I still haven’t received my money back.

Everyone is giving me a run around, basically Bradlows ****med me R14295 because I paid for something that I never received and they don’t want to refund me back.Every consultant I speak to about my refund gives me a different story.
