Bradlows Maponya Mall

Greetings

I would like to place an complaint with Bradlows Maponya Mall. The service I received from the store is very unprofessional. Stanley (Consultant) who assisted me doesn't follow up to the customers request. I had to call him and the store from the weekend after Black Friday to this day 01st December 2021 with regards to the delivery I've been waiting for.

Yesterday(30/11/2021) I was told that I'm going to get my delivery, after they didn't said anything to me on Monday(29/11/2021). I've arranged for someone to stay behind to received the goods and no one from the store called me after me having to make numerous calls to find out about my delivery.

Delivery wasn't done yesterday(30/11/2021) again after they have promised that the driver came to the store to pick few things and left but no one called me and me once more I had to do some follow ups with regards to the delivery that I was promised to received on Tuesday (30/11/2021).

Dino (branch manager) from Maponya Mall said to me today(01/12/2021) after me calling to find out why the delivery wasn't done as promised yesterday, "said the truck broke down". I asked why no one called me to inform me as I've been calling throughout the day and again no one is getting back to me with some joyful feedback.

Called again today (01/12/2021), phone was answered by the lady (Hlengiwe), she was totally rude as the customer service I received from her wasn't so pleasing at all since we are the ones who doing some follow up not the store giving us feedback with regards to the delivery.

Customer Services received from Stanley & Hlengiwe from Bradlows was poor and unprofessional as they failed to treat my demands as important as the rest of the customers.
