Bradlows manager refused for us to be given our free pillows that came with the bed we purchased

Went to buy a bed a Bradlows Portshesptone and i was assisted by Sales man Ramon who was to kind to us. They said the bed was in the warehouse and would be delivered in 03 business working days. We wanted the bed someday and we had an agreement that i take the display. The bed came with 02 standard pillows for free. The manager refuse for us to be given the pillows she said the display doesn't come with pillows whereas the display had them. She said they would be use to display other beds. We ask to come and fetch them once the bed that was suppose to be delivered to me comes, She refused. She was so harsh trough out the process of me buying the bed, she kept on mumbling words. The salesman was wrapping our bed and putting a new display that was different from why we bought and the manager asked him why cant he give us the wrapped base that was gonna be use a new display since they are the same size instead of him unwrapping and wrapping. Mind u the color of the beds were not the same, ours had the gray base whereas the other one had the black base. I head the oursales man explaining but she kept on going on and on. We felt like we were not needed to purchase there, she made our experience really bad. But thanks to our salesman Ramon, who was so patient and kind to us and made sure we receive the best item ever even though we did not get our pillows.
