Bradlows Management should review online support transcripts

Bradlows online support is so bad. I contacted support to ask what I would need to do to get an order delivered within 4 working days (standard delivery is 3-10 days). An online support agent named Alex was so rude. I kept asking if he would be kind enough to just respond to my questions without being rude. I had to abandon the shopping cart and buy from a different supplier.
