Bradlows Mamelodi

I bought furniture at bradlows Mamelodi,the service is very poor, I bought the furniture on the 11th January 2020 and its been a month now they havent deliver,I went to the store on 12 February 2020 to ask for a refund they said I will get my refund within 10 working days,10 working days passed and I went back again to the store many times and they are not helping me. The last time I called the manager she hang up on me, they don't care about people as long as they are making money. So bradlows Mamelodi thanks for nothing and poor service and please give me my refund please. They are taking advantage of people bacause they know that there is nothing we can to.
