BRADLOWS mall@carnival doesn't care!

I bought a Roma Bedroom suite and a king size bed. I spent over R20 000 and I paid in cash. The delivery guys delivered half the goods. The blanket box is still missing to this day and the mirror hasn't been installed yet and is just lying on my bedroom floor since they say the factory gave them the wrong *****s. It has been over 2 weeks now.

My sales assistant is Kgomotso. She keeps promising to call me back to give me feedback from the delivery guys. Well, she never calls. I am thinking of taking back the whole bedroom suite and ask for a refund because I cannot stay with an incomplete product.
