Bradlows makes you wait more than 20 days for furniture and forces to make 20 calls to follow up

This is the worst experience that I have ever had! Why is Bradlows still in business if they are so inefficient and sell furniture that they don't have or still need to go and make or furniture that they cant deliver? Such incompetence!!!!!

What are Bradlows SLA's?

I am revolted by the type of service that I am receiving...... I bought my furniture from the Bradlows Clearance Center in Silverton on the 8th June and today is the 28th June and I still havent received all the furniture items that I bought.

When I bought my furniture I was told that it takes 2 today's for the to deliver and Its 28 days and I am still waiting!!!

They only delivered my sofa's on they 16th June at 8pm in the evening - like who does that? and then when they did deliver my sofa's , the delivery guy told me that they didn't give him my coffee table and I have been waiting ever since, not just waiting, I have called the store 20 times and still no coffee table.

Can somebody at Bradlows please give me my coffee table that I paid hard cash for!!!!!!
