Bradlows mafikeng ripping people off

<p>Had two accounts with bradlows settled them 5 months ago. After settling them send proof of payment to head office requested paid up letter never received it was just told via email the account was closed. In December received sms from them telling me i must come pay i owe them R4000 and something, called them and was told mafikeng store approved the amount wherelse they where not supposed to, so there was a clash and the account never closed. But i was never informed about this error . Called manager at mafikeng she told me when she started she didn't know that they were not allowed to approve the amount i paid so, i must pay or come to the store so she can show me. I Gave her my email address n phone numbers to contact me haven't had nothing from her. Mafikeng bradlows made a mistake cause of their incompentancy now they expect me to pay for the mistake that they did. I need my account cleared and my credit record cleared. Being nothing but a loyal customer and this is the thanks I get from them. </p>
