Bradlows lounge suite

I have an issue with Bradlows, I bought a lounge suite in June 2021 for R 23000 but the single seater couch got broken in January. I have since logged a query with Bradlows. They logged it on the 28/02/2022 they gave ref number: MO-Z-***8=9454 they didn't come to fix the couch they changed the ref after I commented on their Facebook page ref ***. Still they never pitched instead on the 9th May the gave a new ref number ref number MO-Z=***. They don't care about consumers as long they get their money. It really frustrating to pay so much money they you don't get the value you paid for its almost 6 months now I'm still seating with a broken couch which got broken 6months old.
