Bradlows loan that I haven't taken.

Bradlows claims that I have an unpaid loan with them which was taken in August 2012. I have been sending them my ID, bank statement and affidavit more than three times. They would then agree that I haven't taken a loan from them. I have never even had a furniture account with them. Once more, they are using debt collectors to threaten me to pay this "loan". This is so frustrating and intimidating.
