Bradlows Lichtenburg Lack business Ethics

Very unhappy with Bradlows Lichtenburg, I bought a Sony Home Theatre 5.1Ch for R2,199 in last week of November 2020 with high hope that they sell quality products and I will be at home during the festive season due to Covid-19 outbreak I will stay indoors and play music with my family with a braai. But it lasted 2 weeks and their item is not working anymore, they promised and guarantee me a 2 years mechanical warranty. I went to their store on the 15th December 2020 hoping they will resolve this soonest or give me a similar item of the same value, their so call Manager mentioned product manufacturer is closed and will reopen on 15 January 2021 and she also promised to call me afternoon which she did not, I went to the store again on the 16th(Day of Reconciliation) to find out on my query and she said she will call me on the 17 December which she did not call me again. She is dishonest, **** and unprofessional. I regret the day I went to that store and i will not refer anyone either friends or family to purchase any product at Bradlows Lichtenburg.
