Bradlows Lenasia manager doesn't respond to service failure. Still waiting for our items and we already paying installments

We went to Bradlows branch in Lenasia and purchased a lounge suite among other items. 3 days later on the Thursday the driver arrived with half the lounge suite. He committed to us he will come the satuday we waited no calls no feedback. I have been calling the Lenasia Branch requesting the branch manager to assist and give us some response as the driver hasn't responded to our calls or messages. it's been more than 2 weeks and we still waiting for the lenasia branch manager to call us. We will now be paying installments for items we haven't received as yet.
