Bradlows lack customer service

I have an account with Bradlows and recently got retrenched in October 2020 continued to pay the account till I couldn’t anymore so went to Bradlows Protea Glen and was assisted by a *********** sales agent called Rosina who showed me she doesn’t want to assist me and had no customer service skill I went to fill in insurance claim documents in December 2020 and till today no one has returned to me and they keep debiting my account and which is now reflecting negative on my credit records
