Bradlows kwagga centre in Pretoria west sell OLD and TORN UP stock!

I bought couches at Bradlows Kwagga centre in Pretoria West on 4 March 2020. I then recieved them a few days later. After the delivery guys had unpacked them, we realised that they had actually sold us old couches.They had scratches and were torn up on some parts.I called them and demanded a refund since i had bought them cash.

I was told stories until it was lockdown.Mind u,i had filled in a refund form on 14th March (before lockdown)and was told my money would be in my account between 7-10 working days.To this day, i am still yet to be refunded. They only collected their old,torn up and low quality couches last week (11 June 2020) after constantly having to remind them. I have been told that i will have to wait another 7-10 working days in order to secure my refund which again i disputed. This means i have waited 3mnths for my refund and to this day i still have not recieved it.

My advise NEVER EVER buy from Bradlows. They underestimate clients and sell DIRT for lack of a better word!
