Bradlows Kempton Park Festival Mall

So last week I complained about Bradlows service and their lack of customer service. I must say that it is worse than I could ever imagine. I even lodged a complaint via their website, to date I still yet to receive any feedback or solution from them. I bought items from their Kempton Park Festival Mall Branch, these items were delivered late after I called to inquire. The items were damaged when they were delivered and they promised to replace them, 5 days later they are still not replaced. What is going on here!!!!
