Bradlows Jetpark delivery turn aground times stinks

I wish there was a - minus rating, that is what I would have rated this store. We bought a washing machine and a bed ( Ref ***) . Requested delivery on a Monday to work commitments, it is Wednesday close of business , between the store Westgate and their warehouse nobody know what is going on of what to do . I AM SHOCKED and the level of incompetency... Run far away from Bradlows they don't care about their customer and promise.
