Bradlows Jabulani Mall

Bradlows Jabulani Mall is the worst. Bought a fridge there on the 18th of January 2022, arrived home, plugged it in and it never worked from day one. We called the store thousands of times, eventually on the 3rd of February they sent someone out to check the Fridge and confrimed that it needed to be exchanged.

No one has come back to us to arrange the exchange.

When you call the store all you get is horrible attitude and no answers. They hang up on you, say they will get back to you without even taking your contact details. What utter nonsense. Store should be closed, how do you sell a product that does not work, from the store.
