BRADLOWS IS THE WORST! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND NONSENSE

Bradlows customer service is worse than the pandemic. Their lack of urgency is preposterous. I'm beyond defeated by their attitude towards fixing my problem. They first sold me a couch that was faulty, they come fetch it to get it "fixed" (took 5 weeks by the way) and today they return it only to find out that they did not even fix the problem the couch had. THEY RETURNED IT EXACTLY HOW THEY TOOK IT 5 WEEKS AGO!!! This is nonsense! I want my money back. You'd think such a tenured furniture business would provide great service but This is worst service I've ever had, PERIOD!!! When I went to go complain at their store in Cape Town City Centre, they treated me like I owe them money for the couch. The manager told me she'll look into it when she's not busy. I had to voice out my frustration in order for her to at least look at me. On top of that they damaged my property. I have pictures. I regret ever buying from this business. The inconvenience this has caused is just beyond...
