BRADLOWS IS THE WORST

To start, My wife and I decided to redo a lot of the house furniture and started by doing some window shopping. As we agreed on some of the items we found a lot of them at the Bradlows branch in Carletonville. We were greeted with smiles and a lot of assistance and after jumping through all their hoops of verification we were eventually done with the purchase. Delivery day came and we were very excited put the vision we had into place. Now here is where things went completely upside down. The +-R22 000 lounge sweet we bought started sagging on the end. very worried we contacted the branch and started jumping through the run around hoops of "we will get back to you" and "your complaint has been logged." Extremely frustrated and quite some time later they picked up the 3 seater part of the suite. 2-3 frustrating weeks passed until they finally agreed the its a factory fault and delivered the replacement unit. When this ordeal passed my wife and I decide to settle the bill and be done with it. This was when we saw that the stitching on the middle backrest of the 3 seater started coming undone. When we quarried this they gave us the runaround again and then dropped the following bomb. Apparently when we settle up the bill the insurance we took out on the suite also lapsed. so guess what?????? Now I'm stuck with a R22 000 suite where stitching is pulling out and no after sale care. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! But moving forward going to another branch believing that lightning doesn't strike twice in the same place, again sitting with a ROMA bedroom suite delivered. now this R17 000 unit looked like it was put together with all the off cuts and then probably used putty and paint to make it look right as well as delivering the wrong size. We asked for a king size unit for the bed base set we bought previously and got the queen size unit. Once again, thanks for nothing

All together, The poor service, The horrible after sale service and empty promises has left my life worst off than where I started. BRADLOWS FOCHVILLE an BRADLOWS CARLETONVILLE as well as the franchise will never see another sent of my hard earned money again. And from here on forward I will make it as public as I possibly can on every platform, whether it be on social media or any other platform at my disposal.
