Bradlows is selling faulty goods and display furniture accompanied by empty promises from the Manager

I have bought Lagos lounge suite on lay-by and finished paying them off October 2024. On my arrival to collect the couches at the store, I found my couches already covered and couldn't identify any factory faults, but I noticed that I was collecting couched that was on display. I quickly raised my concern to Petunia (The store manager) that I am not happy that she is selling me couches that was on display as I don't know how long they have been sitting there. She guaranteed me that if I have any compliant, I should revert back to her, and she will gladly assist me and exchange them. 5 days after uncovering them I noticed that couches are skew and very loose especially two-seater, stiches are coming out, it has so many faults. Lodged a complaint to Petunia, forwarded photos as evidence but still waiting for assessor till date. I have been sent back and forth, and nobody is helping me
