Bradlows is a ****!

Bradlows is a ****, they took my couch suit last year in October for repairs up until today they haven't returned it. All I get when I call them or visit them is that they are waiting for a code. My family had the worst Christmas ever with no couches in the house because of Bradlows, bearing in mind they still debit the money every month. When I asked about being compensated for this they said they can't help me with that! This company is trash.
