Bradlows is a bunch of ******

My step dad bought upper genuine leather couches at Bradlows in Festival Mall in 2018 February and a year later the couches started cracking and discoloring. 2019 he reported it to the store and said he wasn't ready for them to collect them. So the couches were taken this year early March back to the warehouse to be assessed or whatever. We still don't have the couches and he bought them on account and his still paying for them. His been going to the store back and forth dealing with a lady called Kate. They've been telling him story after story about what ever issue. They're still debiting his account and we still don't have couches
