BRADLOWS in welkom , we want our money....

My parents bought a Plasma TV from BRADLOWS in Welkom in november 2019 and its fully paid as we speak, the TV stopped working after 4 months from purchase and they took it in for repairs its been 4 months that they have not returned the TV no one in the store knows what is happening my mother has been to the store on several occasions and shes been made a fool , now the problems starts when the store refuses to replace or fix the TV they are giving my parents the run around on a TV That is fully paid and its still has warrante . according to consumer protection act, my parents are entitled to a full refund or a new TV otherwise we are getting legal action on this and the store is going to served with a letter of demand ( its our right). because they are taking so long to return back the TV what are the chances that its not deteriorating in their possession and they will pass the bug. we want a new TV OR REFUND IN FULL !!!
