Bradlows Humansdorp has the worse client service I have ever experienced.

On the 23rd of November I purchased a bed from Bradlows Humansdorp. Paid eft, however the accounts made a mistake with ref number. I, however did send proof of payment so they can allocate it correctly. It is now the 6th of December and they still have not delivered my bed. I have spoken to the Manager Didi who keeps saying she will call me back but never does. The bed was bought for guests arriving today. However I still have no bed and still no one is getting back to me. The Service is shocking and I will never purchase from this store again. It makes no sense that the bed could not be delivered on the 4th of December as agreed on, and after all that I was told that they only have stock in PE. What a load of ****.
