BRADLOWS HORROR!

The worst ever. Bought a bed from them on two months laybye, told them I needed to change the address and they said I could do thay upon final payment. Made final payment on the 1st of October. Their staff didn't change my address on the system and the delivery guy went to the old address. I called and all numbers don't go through to the store. Day 2 and I have complained to the Complaints Department and their agents make useless promises that they never keep. I am 9 months pregnant and slesp on the floor because of them. I have not received a single call from them and have been calling them myself. Delivery guy calls to arrange for delivery on FRIDAY and still tells me he has the old address! I will NEVER EVER buy anything from this store again, even if their items go for R1. Looking at everyone's review and their non-responsiveness, I have even proceeded to report them to the ombudsman. What a sham of a shop!! NEVER EVER AGAIN
