Bradlows have the worst service

Bradlows Maponya Mall got the worst service and their staff full of attitude. I purchased couches from them last year December ever since I got the couches I was not happy with the quality of the product kept on sending those couches back and when they supposed to return couches I need to chase after them and also remind them that I need my couches i’ve sent those couches back if not 2 times it’s 3 times and the last couch they took in July I still haven’t received it and the warehouse managers for Bradlows aren’t helpful as well as the ones from Maponya I keep on praying every month and still today I don’t have a couch even when I want to cancel the contract they give me problems upto today my couches are shot i’ve sent emails still no response..
