Bradlows has terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lay-byed a fridge and made final payment on 25 November 2025. Bradlows has been quiet since then. No SMS, no phone-call, no email, NOTHING!!!! I have been calling them to find out when they will deliver my fridge but I get no clear answer. This is so frustrating. I want my money back if they can't keep their end of the bargain.
