Bradlows has no after sales service and it sucks

I purchase a tv stand from bradlows Mayfield square in Daveyton Late 2019,and after just 2 months the tv stand started cracking i called the m numerous times, and they kept saying they will come and fix it, in December they advised me that they will be closing for the holidays and will re open on the 3rd of Jan 2020, today is the 8th Jan i havent heard anything from them, i am utterly dissappointed them and will not purchase anything from Bradlows.
