Bradlows has bad customer service

I bought couches at Bradlows cash and they were delivered with no *****s to put them together and no legs I have been calling and doing follow ups but I’m not being assisted they say the stuff is at the store when I call the store they say the warehouse the warehouse say the store and don’t get me started about the customer services department they have not helped me at all but alawys give me excuses all I’m asking is for them to take back the couches and give me back my money since I can not use them even that is a hassle
