BRADLOWS / GRAFTON EVEREST REPAIRS SERVICE DISSAPOINTMENT

Disgusted by the service – Bradlows JDG as well as Grafton Everest

We bought a 3 piece lounger suite at Bradlows December 2016, however July 2018, we discovered that the 3 seater “leather suite” started cracking and then contacted the store to have them collect the 3 seater, which was done, but it was a constant hassle, as we had to follow up with the JDG all the time, with regards to the complaint and repair of the suite. I spoke to numerous consultants at JDG and everytime they would say that it has been logged and we will be contacted but nothing. About a month, if not later after the 3-seater was delivered and we discovered that cushions was alittle flatter than normal and contacted them again to complain about this issue. With that the 2 seater as well as the 1 seater was sent away cause the “leather” started cracking on those as well. The guys who picked up the suite then refused to take the items that complaint was lodged for and we ended up having the broken suite in the house. Eventually afte back and forth calls the correct suite was collected. Was is so pathetic and disgusts me, is that no one from the branch, the supplier or even complaints department contacts me to keep me updated, I constantly had to call and find out how far they are with the repairs. Tammy(Complaints Dpt – Bradlows Promenade) was the one dealing with this complaints, but very seldom returned the calls. When the calls was returned, well didn’t seem like much got done. Now after 5 months, we still only have a 2 seater suite in the house and they are now advising us that unfortunately there is no guarantee on the product or any insurance and we have to make a payment of R3197, to have the 1 seater division and 3 seater division repaired. We are still paying the account but yet they cannot assist us.

Grafton Everest and Bradlows has made this the worst and baddest experience ever and we have to pay an account for a 2 seater division couch.

It is the month of January and yet we still haven’t received our suite, when in December my father was contacted by a lady Wagieda(from the factory warehouse) to advise, that the suite will be returned to us unrepaired.

Yet we still have to pay for a suite we haven’t had in our house since July 2018.
