BRADLOWS GRAAFF-REINETT IS THE WORST!

I bought a washing machine from Bradlows Graaff Reinett, in July 2021. In February the washing machine just stopped working. I submitted a claim to Bradlows and the claim was approved. however I have not received the new washing machine that I was promised. I have called them several times but there is no effective response from their side. They expect me to bring in the faulty washing machine and fetch the replacement at my own cost as there is no manager at Bradlows Graaff-Reinett to give authorization to deliver my new washing machine which I have been paying monthly, therefore I am very unhappy with the service that I, as a loyal, paying customer has been receiving, for this reason I will not recommend Bradlows to any consumer.
