BRADLOWS FURNITURES IS ROBBING CUSTOMERS AND THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH IT.

I bought a Sofa at Bradlows Furnitures, Newbury it was R33 000. next day i realise that the 3 sitter had a factory fault, and i reported the matter to a Sales Lady, She advised that i will get an exchange "fast foward... I reported the Matter to the head office as weel, Head office advised that they really need to exchange it, it was June that time, Bradlows failed to exchange the Sofa, in October they sent a driver to pick up the Sofa, Obviously from July to October i was using the Couch, because i couldn't sit on the flow... While im still waiting for a new Sofa, i wad called by a Sales Lady at Bradlows advising me that, She received a call from a head office and She wad told that i dont qualify for new couch because they saw that i eas using other cough, i am so disgusted by Bradlows, they Rob people, they had expensive things for nothing, they need to speak to their suppliers not to send Factory fault furnitures to Customers... Till today i never received the couch that i paid for, and i was calling them day in and day out, Manager and Sales lady in Bradlows Arbour Crossing would confirm this, they eben told me to make use of a faulty couch in the meantime that im waiting for an exchange... My number is ***, i am so upset, i wish people could never buy at Bradlows again because they are Robbing their Customers, i had proofs, i wad phoning headoffice day in and day out looking for help, they failed to help me, i need my Sofa guys.
