Bradlows Furniture Store

I dont know where to even start about my experience with Bradlow's furniture store, I have been an Iphone user for the past 5 years or so, My first phone I bought at MTN and never in a single day did it give me problems until I lost it and then I could buy a new one as my credit score was a bit low, I then was advised by a salesperson that I can actually take a phone by account since I have had an account with them, the process was done and I got an iPhone 13, literally after 3 Months the phone just stopped working and they have been giving me runarounds about fixing this device, I am now inconvenienced and yet have to pay the account Month end, No empathy or urgency whatsoever , really disappointed about the service - I regret buying a device here, its better they just stick with selling the furniture
