Bradlows furniture phoenix plaza, worst customer experience ever!

Hi my name is Jane pillay daughter of Mrs Sarojini Munien and Mr K Munien. I want to tell you about my experience that took place on 3rd December 2018 my dad and I including my husband went to Bradlows at Phoenix plaza, shop 150 code 4001, the reason for my visit with my dad was due to the ongoing complaints to Bradlows regarding my mum and dad's bed that they had purchased from Bradlows, also the TV licence we bought the consultant advised that they would send it to my mum and dad via post, that did not happen even after a year that we bought the TV, when I confronted the consultant about the complain about the bed and TV licence she told me that we can take my mum I'd book to the shop and pay for the TV licence and then stated that was not the agreement as you guys told us that you would posy it to my mum and dads home address and then the consultant raised her voice at me in front of all the customers that was in the shop and I also raised my voice at her and asked to speak to the manager, the manager then called me in the middle of the shop and stated that "even if my mum and dad goes to court they would lose the case due to the fact that they have signed for the things that they took, I then stated that we never said that we going to court but if you want that then it can happen, and I told her that how can you guys treat my parents with such disrespect cause when they bought the TV, bed and lounge set you guys did not give them a sales agreement I was there with them and they told me that they would post it to us, the manager and I got into a a fueled and the manager stated that she can't talk to me, I then said our loud what kind of manager are you, I'm also a manager and we don't treat our customers like this like, the manager at Bradlows told me she work for ### bush company, I then said you are mad cause no normal person would treat a customer like the way you are treating us, she then told me to come outside she will show me, I then laughed at her and told her that she would lose her Job, she then stated 'Many people tried but she is still working at Bradlows" she then asked the guards to take my husband and I out of the shop, j stated I'm here to open a complaint regarding the poor customer services and the bed issues, also the manager removed her name tag out so I could not see her name, there was also surish the consultant who told my dad to keep turning the bed every week, and I quote my dad is cripple that's the reason he gets grant, also my mum don't get permenant grant and when her grant got cancelled last year in June and when my mum told Bradlows about this they told her that she stills needs to make payments if she don't they will pick the furniture from her house, so from last year I have been paying the account, I want action to be taken towards that manager at the Phoenix branch Bradlows, as she quoted many people tired but she still works there there, is this how Bradlows treat there customers?
