BRADLOWS FURNITURE IS UNRELIABLE

My is Pearl Luthuli I wrote to Hellpeter last week to complain about Bradlows furniture in West Street Durban but Bradlows did not respond.. I'm not surprised with their behavior. I bought Sansui tv in 2021 in 2022 it started giving me problems of not showing images but the sound was ok. I took it back to Bradlows and it was repaired again last year 2023 same problem appears again but fortunately it came right by itself..January again this year tv had same problem and after a week I took it to them until now the tv is still with them..They don't inform me about the condition of the tv..I tried to call them three weeks ago they said the tv is with the Supplyer and they can't get hold of them because the computer was offline. I call again they said I have to pay because the tv has no guarantee anymore but they will try and to management until today they never contacted me..My biggest problem is that the tv has given me a same problem three times now and they they say they can't give me a new one..please help me..
