BRADLOWS FURNITURE IS FAILING ME

My name is Pearl Luthuli please help me with Bradlows furniture in West Street Durban.. I bought Sansui tv from Bradlows furniture in 2021 March and I finish paying for it iMarch 2022..In April 2022 it started giving me problems of not showing images but the sound was ok.. I took it back to Bradlows and it was repaired, again in 2023 May It had the same problem for 2days fortunately it came right by itself..January 2024 again it had the same problem and I took it to Bradlows after a week..My problem is since I bought this tv every year it's giving me same problem it's like it was programmed.. I have ask for them to give me new tv but they said they will repai it but same problem seem to appear for third time now. It's been a month now the tv is still with them they don't bother informing me of the outcome, I'm the one who calls.. after 2 weeks I called they said the computer was offline they couldn't tall to the Supplyer and I tried to contact them they said the Supplyer said I have to pay for the repair because the tv has no guarantee it had two year guarantee but it had this problem since the first year.. please Hellpeter can you help me if possible.
