Bradlows ****up

I purchase a fridge and washing machine it takes them 2 weeks, which I called to cancel just yesterday but the consultant wouldn't here of it at all finally when the ******* got o me the appliances are wrapped in plastic paper no boxes after 30 minutes or so I open the fridge damaged damaged damaged in so many places. I'm so disgusted. Now the store manager is not even promising an inspection or replacement nothing I only got " I'll get back to you"
