Bradlows **** lounge suits

i bought lounge suits at Brandlows around July 2017, within 2 weeks one was damaged and we reported to them for repairs. we took all lounge suits back to them and they repaired and returned them, again within a month all lounges were damaged. we call them again and lodge a complain again, it took them 5 full weeks to come and pick them for repairs. They collected them beginning of February and promised to return them after two weeks, its took a month without any update, i called them to find out what was the problem and they promised to deliver them during the week, we arranged but they never came as promised nor call and apologize. I called and asked again what was the problem and they promised to send the driver over the weekend, drivers came to deliver they putted in two lounges and said they leaving the other one outside because they can not inset it in the house. I couldnt let them leave the stuff i bought cash outside and i asked them to carry all lounges back to the store and ask the guys who took them out of my house to come put them back. Bradlows promised to send the drivers to deliver on Saturday but they never did nor called as usual. I am tired of calling them wasting my airtime for their empty promises and to add on that their lounge suits are faulty and they are refusing to give me brand new lounge suits.
