Bradlows failure to pay refund within 7-14 days as promised

<p>today is the 21 of November 2016, which marks over two months of waiting. on the 17th of September i bought a french door fridge from Bradlows city view, Durban. four days later a wrong fridge was delivered, the delivery guys just left it without unpacking it. in the afternoon when i opened the box, only to find a wrong side by side fridge inside. i called the store and the store manager asked me give her the serial number, and she told me that it was a bigger fridge that the one i purchased, and asked me "would you mind keeping it? " and i told her no, i wanted the one i purchased. the next day she never bothered following up on the matter, instead wanted me to provide a picture of the fridge that was delivered, i mean i am at work, and she had the serial number, why waste my time. i called the warehouse to asked if the has the correct fridge, they said no. which was quite confusing. i was referred to different people and still no solution. later that night around 9pm they came to fetch their fridge. again the next day no follow up was done by any of the parties, the store manager or warehouse. i had to do the calling again, and eventually i was told that my fridge had been moved to the new warehouse in cato ridge, they will fetch it and deliver, this information was provided by the sore manager, yet a driver called me to let me know that he was going to deliver very late as he was going to fetch the fridge from kokstaad. thats when i gave up and asked them to cancel the sale and refund me. if only i had known that was actually the begining of my nightmare. until today i havent received my refund and they have been telling me different stories each time i call. first time they told me they couldnt see my account number, of which they never informed me about, second time i called, they had submitted my documents to the wrong department and two weeks later i callded again nobody could tell me why they hadnt paid my money. i am still waiting</p>
